Returns and exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from when your order is delivered to ship/postmark it back to us for a refund or exchange.

In order for us to approve your return, the item must be in perfect condition and the packaging unbroken.

Fill in all the information on the return slip you received with your order. If the order is paid by card, the money will be returned to the account to which the card is linked. This usually takes between 1-3 business days. If you have paid by invoice, we will send an updated invoice to your e-mail address.

Any damage to ordered items should be reported to us as soon as possible, Once we have received the item and the complaint has been approved, we will send you a new item. Alternatively, we will refund you what you put out for the item.

If you received an incorrect delivery, please contact us at for return instructions. We will be responsible for the return costs. Please reuse the packaging in which the product was delivered.

In the event of a dispute, we refer to the ARN (General Complaints Board). We always follow their advice.
